Tolleranze

Le tolleranze ottenibili sui tubi possono essere concordate, in fase d’ordine, secondo le esigenze del cliente.

Normative di riferimento

I tubi possono essere prodotti collaudati e certificati in accordo alle normative americane (ASTM/ASME), a quelle europee EN, alle precedenti normative nazionali (UNI, DIN, AFNOR, ecc) o in accordo ai capitolati dei clienti.

Prove e collaudi

Visivo, dimensionale, prove meccaniche, analisi chimica. In fase di controllo finale i tubi possono essere sottoposti a controlli non distruttivi al 100%: Eddy Current, Ultrasuoni.

Certificati di collaudo

I tubi vengono sempre accompagnati da un certificato di collaudo 3.1.

Quality policy

Tubimetal adopts the ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System , in order to achieve and maintain its goals over time. For Tubimetal, in fact, the Quality Policy is a commitment taken very seriously and aims to ensure business improvement and the development of increasingly innovative products, in line with customer expectations and needs, effectively using physical and human resources. Human resources, together with customer needs, are therefore the cornerstones of Tubimetal's strategy, as well as of its Quality Management System.

  • Tubimetal adopts the ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System , in order to achieve and maintain its objectives over time. For Tubimetal, in fact, the Quality Policy is a commitment taken very seriously and aims to ensure reliability, punctuality and quality to the customer through the establishment of a clear and collaborative relationship. Paying attention to the centrality of the customer, ensuring a prompt and effective response in technical assistance and product specification.
  • Adapting products to customer needs by concretizing their requirements and ensuring flexibility and professionalism so as to maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Customize products as much as possible, paying attention to details and introducing batch availability of small quantities.
  • Achieve good product diversification, not through quantity but through the pursuit of excellence in quality, as much in raw materials as in workmanship and processes.
  • Maintain an effective Quality Management system in compliance with the legal, safety, and environmental requirements of the market and the country of reference in which it operates, and intervene promptly when faced with causes of non-compliance of the same.Rare business improvement and the development of increasingly innovative products, in line with customer expectations and needs, effectively using physical and human resources. Staff involvement

  • Share assigned responsibilities with all business functions and involve staff so that they understand these responsibilities and the importance of their role in the company. Then offer maximum support to human resources to achieve their goals.
  • Provide education and training activities designed to ensure excellent quality in work at all levels of the organization, and to ensure that staff fully understand the contents of the Quality Policy and put them into practice.

Improvement

  • Select qualified suppliers to ensure consistently high final product quality.
  • Constantly improve and monitor results in order to innovate products and processes and build an increasingly positive corporate image.
  • Elevate its production potential while reducing risk, inefficiency and waste.
  • Preliminarily assess risks and opportunities related to business processes, conduct internal and external audits to continuously improve and to achieve the most efficient and effective Quality Management System possible.
