Tolerances

The tolerances obtainable on the tubes can be agreed upon, at the order stage, according to the customer's needs.

Reference regulations

The pipes can be produced tested and certified in accordance with American standards (ASTM/ASME), European EN standards, previous national standards (UNI, DIN, AFNOR, etc.) or in accordance with customer specifications.

Tests and trials

Visual, dimensional, mechanical tests, chemical analysis. In the final control phase the tubes can be subjected to 100% non-destructive tests: Eddy Current, Ultrasound.

Test certificates

The pipes are always accompanied by a 3.1 test certificate.

Tubimetal adopts the ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System , in order to achieve and maintain its goals over time.   • Guarantee reliability, punctuality and quality to the customer by establishing a clear and collaborative relationship. Pay attention to the centrality of the customer and customer care, ensuring a prompt and effective response in pre- and post-sales technical assistance.
  • Adapting products to customer needs by realizing their requests and ensuring flexibility and professionalism in order to maintain a high level of satisfaction among interested parties.
  • Customize products as much as possible, paying attention to details and introducing availability in small batch quantities.
